The seller's disclosure summary describes known material conditions of the property. The buyer acknowledges reviewing that summary — the full disclosure documents remain with the brokerage.
02 · Required disclosures
Where the transaction is subject to specific disclosures (such as lead-based paint for qualifying properties), the buyer acknowledges receiving the applicable summaries from the agent.
03 · Deadlines and contingencies
The buyer acknowledges the inspection, objection, and resolution deadlines as described in the contract summary provided by the agent.
04 · Document custody
The disclosure documents and contract never enter NightSign custody. NightSign receives only this packet's acknowledgment receipt — proof of what was acknowledged and when.
